360° Energy Solutions provides generator rentals, installation, maintenance, repair, and related energy services throughout South Florida. All services are subject to availability and formal service agreements where applicable.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Unauthorized use, including attempting to access restricted areas or interfering with site functionality, is strictly prohibited.

3. SMS Section

360° Energy Solutions sends SMS messages including service updates, account notifications, customer support responses, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers related to our services.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (786) 882-7221. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at administration@360energysolutions.net or +1 (786) 882-7221 or +1 (786) 348-2156.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Estimates & Payments

All estimates are subject to inspection and final agreement. Payment terms will be outlined in invoices or service agreements.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
