Tony Noa is the Founder and President of 360 Energy Solutions, a Florida-based commercial and industrial generator rental and service company specializing in mission-critical power systems.
With more than 25 years in the power generation industry, Tony has built his career around one principle: reliability is non-negotiable. His background includes generator rental operations, preventative maintenance programs, emergency generator repair, and large-scale standby power system deployment throughout South Florida.
Tony began his career at Pantropic Power, Inc., where he developed expertise in equipment rental, generator service, and territory account management. After more than a decade of hands-on experience in commercial generator sales and industrial generator maintenance, he founded 360 Energy Solutions on April 2, 2013.
His vision was clear — to create a turnkey generator rental and service company in Florida capable of supporting hospitals, municipalities, industrial facilities, and commercial properties with fast response, technical precision, and long-term accountability.
The company proudly supports clients across South Florida and the Treasure Coast, serving industries where backup power reliability is critical — including healthcare facilities governed by NFPA 110, NFPA 70, and AHCA compliance requirements.
Tony remains actively involved in operations, strategic planning, and client relationships to ensure every project meets the company’s standards for safety, responsiveness, and performance.
His leadership philosophy is direct: do the right thing before anyone asks you to. In an industry where downtime can cost millions and compromise safety, trust is built through preparation, transparency, and execution. His devotion to the industry, lessons he learned from the “School of Hard Knocks” and admiration for his clients encourage those around him and makes him an invaluable mentor and team player.
