As a leader in the commercial generator business, Tony Noa has pioneered the industry for over 25 years by combining passion and innovative thinking in all aspects of his career. His journey first began with Pantropic Power, Inc as an Equipment Rental Representative with major insights into generator service. His avid thinking and key decision making allowed him to surpass all sales goals, expanding his role as top producer to Territory Account Manager. After 11 years of learning the intricacies of the business, his constant curiosity and desire to achieve results lead him to the creation of 360 Energy Solutions on April 2, 2013. Having established key relationships in previous roles, he has amassed a vast selection of clients who support his vision and value his expertise. His clientele ranges from private small business organizations to the nation's leading hospitals and research facilities.
Tony's dream of owning a rental generator business transcended beyond new heights by modernizing the company to include a broad scope of services. These services encompass a comprehensive range of solutions, including equipment sales and rentals, as well as full-service generator maintenance and repair. Envisioning a company built to satisfy and safeguard the needs of its clients was crucial in paving the way for greatness.
