Manage customer inquiries and sales processes by responding promptly, discussing product benefits, preparing proposals, and selling preventive maintenance contracts.
Oversee work order creation and coordination by sourcing parts, estimating labor, collaborating with procurement/service teams, and ensuring timely project execution.
Deliver strong customer service and relationship management through follow-up, efficient use of software tools, and building long-term repeat business.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of portable diesel-powered air compressors and related system components to ensure optimal performance.
Provide expert service in-shop and on-site at customer locations, supporting diverse industries with reliable compressed air solutions.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and uptime by delivering high-quality technical support as part of a trusted Bobcat and Doosan distribution team.
Candidates must possess knowledge servicing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all fuel type engines, including transfer switches and/or switch gear, minimum 2-4 years experience.
